Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth low sodium
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
