- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and serve.
