  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  5. 5. Place cooked chicken breast on one slice of bread, top with tomato slices, lettuce, and the other slice of bread.
  6. 6. Serve and enjoy!
