Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
