Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 12 units Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
