Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 12 units Corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
