Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 200 g Udon noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add udon noodles, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Cook until noodles are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
