Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Cooked chicken diced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 pcs Green onions sliced
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice and chicken to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.
Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
