Chinese Pepper Steak Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. 
- 2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside. 
- 3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. 
- 4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well. 
- 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
