Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
