Chinese Spareribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork spareribs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil. 
- Place the spareribs in a baking tray and pour the sauce mixture over them. Make sure they are well coated. 
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. 
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and caramelized. 
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
