Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork spareribs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil.
Place the spareribs in a baking tray and pour the sauce mixture over them. Make sure they are well coated.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
