In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
