A simple and delicious Chop Suey recipe that's perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add the chicken breast slices and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, mix well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
