Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken breast slices and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
