  • 8 oz Chorizo
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and scramble the eggs with the chorizo.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Fill tortillas with the chorizo and egg mixture, cheese, avocado, and salsa.
  6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos and serve warm.
