Chorizo Breakfast Burritos Recipe

- 8 oz Chorizo
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Salsa
Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add butter to the skillet and scramble the eggs with the chorizo.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Fill tortillas with the chorizo and egg mixture, cheese, avocado, and salsa.
Roll up the tortillas to form burritos and serve warm.
