Chorizo Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Chorizo
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Salsa
- Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. 
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. 
- Add butter to the skillet and scramble the eggs with the chorizo. 
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. 
- Fill tortillas with the chorizo and egg mixture, cheese, avocado, and salsa. 
- Roll up the tortillas to form burritos and serve warm.
