Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, salt, and dry mustard. Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, and cooked sausage. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
