  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, salt, and dry mustard. Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, and cooked sausage. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
