Classic churros, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping in chocolate sauce.

Churros
- 1 cup water
- 2.5 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 0.5 cup sugar for coating
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine water, 2.5 tablespoon sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
Heat oil for frying in a deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375°F (190°C).
Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a piping bag with a star tip. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
Combine 0.5 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll churros in the sugar mixture.
