Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Clams cleaned
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the clams and white wine. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Discard any clams that do not open. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
