Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • ¼ cup Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bloom the gelatin in ¼ cup of water for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or condensed milk.
