Instructions
1. Bloom the gelatin in ¼ cup of water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
5. Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or condensed milk.
