Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

- 4 Hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 cup Ground beef
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped (for topping)
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place hot dogs in buns, top with meat sauce, mustard, and chopped onions.
