This is a homemade version of the popular fast-food Crunchwrap Supreme. It's packed with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 4 small Corn tostadas
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions. Set aside.
  3. 3. Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small pot or microwave.
  4. 4. Lay out a large flour tortilla. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  5. 5. Add a scoop of seasoned beef on top of the cheese sauce.
  6. 6. Place a corn tostada on top of the beef.
  7. 7. Spread sour cream over the tostada, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  8. 8. Fold the edges of the flour tortilla towards the center to create a hexagon shape.
  9. 9. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  10. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
