Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the corn kernels and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
