  • 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place the crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each drumstick in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
  6. Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
