- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Place the crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
Coat each drumstick in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
