- 500 g cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, mango chutney, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. Great in sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce.
