Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest optional

Instructions 

  1. Rinse cranberries and pick out any bad ones.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest if using. Let cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate.
