- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- 4 sheets Nori (Seaweed)
- 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat shredded
- 4 oz Cream Cheese cut into strips
- 1 Cucumber cut into strips
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, transfer to a large bowl.
3. Mix rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in a small bowl until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well. Let it cool.
4. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
5. Arrange crab meat, cream cheese, and cucumber strips along the bottom edge of the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
