Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add shredded chicken and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
