Main Ingredients
- 1 package Oreos about 20 cookies
- 1 cup Pancake mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and beaten egg. Stir until smooth.
3. Dip each Oreo into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.
4. Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove the Oreos with tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
