  • 12 pieces Oysters shucked
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip oysters in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry oysters in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
