- 12 pieces Oysters shucked
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip oysters in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry oysters in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
