Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
  • 4 cups Cucumbers sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place garlic, dill, mustard seeds, and peppercorns in a jar.
  3. 3. Add cucumber slices to the jar.
  4. 4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, making sure they are fully submerged.
  5. 5. Seal the jar and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
