Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
