Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
- ½ cup Unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
1. Heat treat the flour by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F, or bake it at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until combined.
4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until well incorporated.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
