Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. 
- Add the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 
- Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin. 
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg bites are set. 
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
