Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
  6. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
