Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- 3 cups Milk whole milk preferred
- 4 units Eggs large
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt until well combined. 
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust. 
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. 
- Let the pie cool before serving.
