- 1 unit Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- 3 cups Milk whole milk preferred
- 4 units Eggs large
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool before serving.
