Egg Drop Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- to taste salt and white pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the broth is slightly thickened.
3. Reduce the heat to a simmer. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth in a circular motion.
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
