Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and white pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the broth is slightly thickened.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to a simmer. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth in a circular motion.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
