Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add remaining oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  5. Return scrambled eggs to the wok and mix with the rice. Garnish with chopped green onion. Serve hot.
