Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Mix together, adding water a little at a time until dough is formed.
  2. On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth, about 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into strips.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and serve.
