Homemade egg noodles, perfect for soups or as a side dish.

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Water as needed
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Mix together, adding water a little at a time until dough is formed.
On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth, about 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into strips.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and serve.
