  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook until tender.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
