Delicious and tangy enchiladas with a green sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Green Sauce
- 1 lb Tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 2 Jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- to taste Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, garlic, and chicken broth until smooth. Season with salt.
Heat tortillas in a skillet until pliable. Fill each with shredded chicken and roll up.
Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish, pour green sauce over them, and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with sour cream on top.
