Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Green Sauce

  • 1 lb Tomatillos, husked and rinsed
  • 2 Jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, garlic, and chicken broth until smooth. Season with salt.
  3. Heat tortillas in a skillet until pliable. Fill each with shredded chicken and roll up.
  4. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish, pour green sauce over them, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve with sour cream on top.
