Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine carrots, celery, onions, and tomatoes.

  4. 4. Add spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
