Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pc Carrot, diced
- 1 pc Celery stalk, diced
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced carrot and celery, and cook until they begin to soften.
4. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until the pasta is al dente.
7. Stir in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
