Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Romano cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Fontina cheese
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and heavy cream. Slowly add the mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the four cheeses to the skillet, stirring until melted and well combined.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the cheese and chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra grated cheese if desired.
