Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to cover the bottom evenly.
Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
