French Toast Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8  eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes in it. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. 
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are coated. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
