- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating well.
5. Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
6. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
