  • 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
