Funeral Potatoes Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- ¼ cup butter melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onion. 
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. 
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
