Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- as needed Oil for frying
- as needed Powdered sugar for dusting
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla extract. 
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. 
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- Pour batter into a squeeze bottle and squeeze into hot oil in a circular motion. 
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
