Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the orange roughy fillets on a baking sheet.
Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
