Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Orange Roughy
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the orange roughy fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately.
