Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 Green Apple cored and chopped
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 inch Ginger peeled
- 1 cup Water
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the juice if desired.
4. Serve immediately.
