Main Ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower cut into 1-inch thick steaks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- Brush the cauliflower steaks with olive oil on both sides. 
- Season the steaks with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender and charred in spots. 
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
