Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Fish steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
