Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Fish steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides. 
- Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. 
- Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
