Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mahi Mahi about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with olive oil on both sides. 
- Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 
- Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 
- Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
