Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mahi Mahi about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
