Instructions

  2. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush the scallops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the scallops on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the scallops from the grill and serve immediately.
